Job Function: Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts. The Specialist will play a critical role in delivering effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Recruitment Marketing

• Utilize current and propose new processes for the communication of corporate branding and the education of candidates on our value as an employer; influence their decision to pursue a career with our organization through all channels used by candidates
• Build and implement campaigns to find, attract, engage and nurture potential applicants for future job openings
• Coordinate a recruitment marketing strategy for hiring events, career fairs and internal events

Public Relations

• Establish partnerships with Universities and Associations relevant to our recruitment needs
• Plan, develop and implement PR strategies relevant to our business strategy
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, key spokespeople, media, individuals and other organizations
• Research, write and distribute press releases for a target audience
• Prepare and supervise the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia materials

Local Marketing Activities

• Coordinate external or internal marketing activities in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
• Responsible for the communication with stakeholders, vendors and designers during the execution of promotional events, campaigns and various marketing activities
• Manage timelines for multiple campaigns

 PowerPoint Presentation Support

• Design, produce and update presentations for internal needs
• Responsibilities include creating effective, dynamic and well-thought-out presentations while complying with the global brand standards

 

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Communication or equivalent
• Proven experience as a marketing specialist or in a similar role
• Desire to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to motivate, align and energize the team
• Exceptional communication and writing skills
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Power Point
• Well-organized and detail oriented
• Manage multiple projects from concept to final output
• Prioritize workload to meet budget, deadlines and quality requirements
• Demonstrated strong organization and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently and with minimal instruction
• Self-motivation and flexibility
• Fluent in English and Serbian
