Job Description:

  • Prepare monthly management reports, ad hoc reports and annual group reporting package
  • Prepare budget, forecast and monthly variance analysis (actual vs. budgeted figures)
  • Calculate service price and prepare price level proposals
  • Respond to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data
  • Permanent handling of tax compliance (PIT, CIT, VAT)
  • Lead finance team of 2-3 employees
  • Update job knowledge by keeping current with financial regulations and accepted practices; participate in educational opportunities; read professional publications; maintain personal networks; and participate in professional organizations
  • Daily bookkeeping of all transactions (local and international A/P, A/R, G/L)
  • Calculate and post accruals
  • Complete responsibility for VAT records and calculation, local charges, taxes and dues
  • Daily bookkeeping of disbursements to employee (business trip disbursements and other disbursement)
  • Reconcile trial balance for statutory reporting


Position Requirements:

  • University or College degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping
  • SAP FI user is an advantage
  • Analytical and precise
  • Responsible, well-organized and deadline-oriented
  • Generally controls own work priorities
  • Self-motivated and flexible
  • Ability to work either independently or within a team
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Analytical problem-solving capabilities
  • Willingness and ability to travel when required
  • To be a proactive, positive contributor
  • Ability to work in an international team with international customers
  • Fluent in English and Serbian
