Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Recruitment Marketing
  • Build and implement campaigns to find, attract, engage and nurture potential applicants for future job openings
  • Coordinate a recruitment marketing strategy for hiring events, career fairs and internal events
  • Establish partnerships with Universities and Associations relevant to our recruitment needs
  • Active role in building and implementing campaigns for finding, attracting, engaging and nurturing potential applicants for future job openings
  • Headhunting and building relationships with potential candidates
  • Continuously exploring new recruiting sources
Recruitment (full cycle)
  • Managing the entire recruitment process, from the initial interview through to an offer being made
  • Identifying the main requirements for each position requested by the clients
  • Analyzing job descriptions and creating job postings on the job boards, social media and other recruitment channels
  • Active online sourcing
  • Coordinate administrative tasks and communication with candidates, booking online and on-site interviews - acting as a clear point of contact for hiring managers and candidates
  • Screening, interviewing and assessing applicants and matching them with open vacancies
  • Post communication with candidates regarding outcomes
 

Position Requirements:

  • University degree (Bachelor or Masters)
  • Professional years in Human Resources in a multi-national company
  • Hands-on recruiting; managing a number of required positions
  • Advanced sourcing skills and proficiency in using different sourcing channels and methods (professional and social networking, Boolean search, user groups and similar)
  • Enjoys accountability and working in a fast-paced challenging environment
  • Confident and pleasant personality with positive and can-do character
  • Self-motivated with the ability to motivate, align and energize the team
  • Well-organized and detail oriented
  • Demonstrated strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal instruction
  • Self-motivation and flexible
  • Willingness and ability to travel when required
  • Fluent in English and Bulgarian
